Program Details
Lifestyle Coaching is $150 per month and is purchased directly through the website. Enrollment is month-to-month with no long-term contract required. Coaching includes customized training, personalized nutrition guidance, weekly check-ins, and direct access to your coach for ongoing support and adjustments.
Billing: Payments recur exactly one (1) month from your initial purchase date. To remain in good standing and avoid interruption, payment must be completed on or before the renewal date (ex: Jan 5 → Feb 5).
By enrolling and purchasing a coaching package, you agree to recurring monthly billing based on your original purchase date.
Optional Add-On: In-person training may be added for $90 per session, subject to approval by Team Top Physique and availability. Sessions are not guaranteed.
Results are driven by consistency and adherence. Coaching provides the structure — execution determines outcomes.
Lifestyle Coaching FAQ
What if I travel or have a busy schedule?
Programs are built with flexibility in mind. Training and nutrition can be adjusted for travel, busy weeks, or limited equipment as long as communication is maintained.
What happens if I miss workouts?
Missed workouts happen. Consistent patterns are addressed during weekly check-ins, and plans are adjusted as needed. Progress depends on effort and communication.
How flexible is the nutrition plan?
Nutrition is macro-based and designed to fit your lifestyle. There are no “off-limit” foods, but consistency and honesty are required to see results.
Do I need gym access?
Gym access is recommended, but programs can be adapted for home or limited equipment if discussed in advance.
How often do check-ins happen?
Check-ins occur weekly and include progress review, feedback, and plan adjustments.
Pausing Coaching
Clients may request to pause coaching by submitting written notice before their next billing date. Pause requests must be approved by Team Top Physique and are not guaranteed. Pauses are intended for short-term circumstances only (travel, illness, schedule conflicts) and do not apply retroactively to past billing periods.
During an approved pause, coaching services—including programming updates, check-ins, and direct coach access—will be temporarily suspended. Billing will resume once coaching is reactivated.
Cancellation Policy
Coaching is provided on a month-to-month basis. Clients may cancel at any time by submitting written notice prior to their next billing date. Once a billing cycle has begun, that month is non-refundable and services will continue through the end of the paid period.
Failure to submit cancellation notice before the renewal date may result in the next monthly charge being processed.
Missed or Late Payments
Payments are expected on or before the scheduled renewal date. Late or missed payments may result in paused coaching services until payment is received. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation at the discretion of Team Top Physique.
No Refunds
Due to the customized nature of coaching services, refunds are not provided for any reason once services have begun, including unused time, missed check-ins, or early cancellation within a billing period.
