Who This Is For / Not For
This program is for you if you:
Are preparing for a physique or bodybuilding competition
Can follow structured training and nutrition protocols closely
Are willing to prioritize prep as show day approaches
Want honest, direct coaching and clear expectations
Understand that stage-ready conditioning is earned, not guaranteed
This program may not be for you if you:
Are looking for a short-term “shred” without structure
Struggle with consistency, communication, or adherence
Want flexibility over precision during prep
Expect guaranteed placings or outcomes
Are not prepared to make lifestyle adjustments when required
Division-Specific Coaching Standards
Bikini Division
Emphasis on balance, shape, and stage presentation. Coaching prioritizes glute development, capped shoulders, a tight waistline, and polished conditioning without excessive muscularity.
Wellness Division
Focus on lower-body dominance with developed glutes, hamstrings, and quads while maintaining upper-body balance. Conditioning is pushed further than bikini, with clear density and separation.
Men’s Physique Division
Targets upper-body width and flow, including shoulders, chest, arms, and back, paired with a tight midsection and controlled conditioning. Extreme mass is not the goal.

Contest Prep Coaching is $260 per month and is purchased directly through the website. Enrollment is month-to-month. Coaching includes individualized training, precise nutrition and macro planning, competition-specific supplement strategies, mandatory weekly check-ins, and direct access to your coach for timely adjustments.
Billing: Payments recur exactly one (1) month from your initial purchase date. Payment must be received on or before the renewal date to maintain active coaching and prep continuity. Due to the time-sensitive nature of contest prep, missed or late payments may result in paused coaching until payment is received.
By enrolling, you agree to recurring monthly billing based on your original purchase date.
This program requires consistency, communication, and execution. Continued coaching is based on adherence to protocols and professionalism throughout the prep process.
Contest Prep Coaching FAQ
Do you work with first-time competitors?
Yes. First-time competitors are welcome, provided they understand the commitment required. Education, feedback, and expectations are clearly outlined from the start.
How long should I commit to contest prep?
Most athletes begin prep 16–24 weeks out, depending on starting condition, division, and show goals. Shorter preps may limit results.
Is peak week included?
Yes. Peak week guidance is included and adjusted daily as needed leading into show day.
What if I fall behind or miss check-ins?
Contest prep requires mandatory weekly check-ins. Missed check-ins or lack of communication may impact progress and continuation of coaching.
Can I do multiple shows?
Yes. Multi-show planning and recovery strategies are discussed and adjusted based on response and conditioning.
Are posing, suits, or show registration included?
No. Posing, suits, tanning, and show registration are the athlete’s responsibility, but general guidance and recommendations may be provided.
Pausing Contest Prep Coaching
Due to the time-sensitive and performance-based nature of contest preparation, pauses are strongly discouraged and are approved only in rare circumstances. Any request to pause contest prep must be submitted in writing before the next billing date and is subject to approval by Team Top Physique.
If a pause is approved, all coaching services—including training updates, nutrition adjustments, check-ins, and direct coach access—will be suspended during the pause period. Progress and stage readiness may be impacted as a result.
Cancellation Policy
Contest Prep Coaching is billed on a month-to-month basis. Athletes may cancel by submitting written notice prior to their next billing date. Once a billing cycle has begun, that month is non-refundable, and coaching services will continue through the end of the paid period.
Failure to submit cancellation notice before the renewal date may result in the next monthly charge being processed.
Missed or Late Payments
Payments are expected on or before the scheduled renewal date to maintain active contest prep coaching. Due to the critical timing of prep adjustments, missed or late payments may result in immediate suspension of coaching services until payment is received.
Paused coaching due to non-payment may negatively affect conditioning, peak week planning, or show readiness.
No Refunds
Because contest prep involves customized programming, time-sensitive adjustments, and ongoing strategic planning, refunds are not provided for any reason once services have begun. This includes early withdrawal from a show, missed check-ins, or changes in competition plans.
